Update - Dec. 9, 2010

Through keeping in contact with our existing client base, we are proud to report that we have saved several clients over the past two months from blindly signing away their income... The biggest thing that the banks play on here is laziness and apathy: If you receive one of these letters, you're likely to just sign and send back in the Self-Addressed, postage-paid envelope. CAUTION: Doing that could cost you literally TENS OF THOUSANDS in unnecessary interest costs!

Here's our biggest 'win' for our clients in the past month:

Self-employed client had a 3-year term coming due on his primary residence; through consultation and reviewing his family's scenario, we were able to save him 1.9% on his interest rate... His former mortgage lender's 'no hassle' mail-out letter offer was at 4.39% (fixed, closed) for the next 3 years. We could have beat that with a 3.2% 3-year fixed rate, but the client felt comfortable going with a 5-year variable mortgage at Prime - 0.70%. This will save him $1,250 per month in payments and MORE THAN $30,000 in interest savings alone over the next 3 years.

Not too shabby for A quick-but-thorough review his situation and needs!

His other concern was to not have to dig up a whole slough of paperwork to get the switch completed... No problem! In his case, he had the equity in his home and with a quick auto-approved appraisal and we were done!

Can YOU benefit from this? SURE! Contact us if you think that you're paying too much on your mortgage and we'll work out a win-win for you too!

Happy to help save you thousands of dollars on YOUR mortgage!

James C. Tworek and the Trimor team!
